Shipment processing time
Since all our products are hand-made to order it takes a little time to create them, quality check it and then arrange for dispatch. All orders are processed within 5 working days but more often than not more quickly.
If under any circumstances we cannot commit to processing your order within 5 working days we will email you within 24 hours of your order to outline the delay. we will also offer a refund or exchange if the delay is not acceptable to you.

Delivery is free of charge to any UK postcode: England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland. All orders are shipped First Class Signed For.
We ship "First Class Signed For" via Royal Mail. This enables us to monitor and share basic information with you such as the date we have handed your parcel to Royal Mail, who are then responsible for delivering your purchase. Royal Mail delivery times are generally very good, but please bear in mind that delivery can take longer during busy postal periods, such as Christmas, Bank Holidays and during Postal Strikes.
